Student LIS Advisory Committee (aka SLAC)
Charge
The Student LIS Advisory Committee is made of 5-7 students selected by the SGA and staff from LIS. They meet monthly to discuss student-related issues having to do with technology and library services. They provide LIS with feedback and advice on resources, services, and facilities, helping to make sure that a student perspective is brought to bear on LIS planning efforts.
