Provide option to submit suggestions privately

I’ve received a request that we provide an option to submit suggestions privately.  Some people don’t want everyone else to know what they want!

    Good suggestion. You can now submit suggestions anonymously by simply not putting in your name or email. And if you don’t want the suggestion to be posted, you can request that, too.
