Need web form to report missing books
Provide a form on the MC Libraries website to report a missing book.

You can report that a book is missing via Midcat using the Request button; that way when we go looking for it, we’ll have all the information we need to investigate. We agree that we ought to explain how to do this, which we’ll do via a simple web page that we’ll post to the LIS website.
