Individuals wishing to appeal a ticket/tow must initate a formal request for appeal within ten (10) days following the issuance of the violation. Appeals are initiated by submitting this completed form to the Department of Public Safety. This can be done electronically using the form below.

The Parking Appeals Committee will review the appeal and respond to the appellant with an email notification. The decision of the Parking Appeals Commitee are final. The Parking Appeal Commitee will notify you of their decision within four weeks of the receipt of your appeal.

Please furnish all required information before submitting the form. Uncompleted forms will not be considered.
